Hello! I’m Stefano Barilli, a versatile Product Designer with seven years of experience crafting E-justice software for Italian and European courts. I specialize in creating exceptional experiences for software, apps, websites, and services. Currently, I lead the UX team at Net Service, guiding a hybrid team of talented designers and front-end developers.

Beyond my professional role, I collaborate with Italian video game companies, contributing my design expertise to their projects. Passionate about games, art, and all things interactive, I thrive on tackling diverse challenges that demand both creative vision and technical precision.

Outside of work, I indulge my love for plants and bonsai, often earning compliments for my green thumb. I’m also a dog lover, a dedicated fan of comics (especially Dylan Dog), and a gamer who enjoys unwinding with League of Legends. Whether designing or exploring new passions, I embrace every opportunity to create and connect.

Led a team of six UX designers and two front-end developers. Designed the corporate design system and managed the company’s main websites. Additionally, oversaw all IT projects related to UI/UX aspects. Now I am currently working as a UX expert for the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.

Tech Artist / Art Director - CINIC Games

Freelance – Academic years

During these months I designed a graphic adventure called “Stuck in a Pig” which, unfortunately, has not been financed yet. In this project I worked as a tech artist, I helped the programmer in the construction of the environment optimizing and importing the game assets and creating the game’s logic with Playmaker in Unity 3D. As an Art Director, I followed the artists of the team so that the visual mood was always respected and homogeneous.
